donrolandofurioso
This is what in Europe often is called "Stock Car racing". Obviously it has very little to in common with the North-American stock car racing, other than large pile-ups. Every event has slightly different rules, but generally you get points for each completed lap. In addition to that, there may be rules such as a mandatory hit per lap, or points per hit. Most events give you double points per lap if you are the only one running for an entire lap. So there is quite a bit more strategy involved than in demolition derby, and a lot more violence than in road- or dirt-racing; some of the hits in this video do not make sense to me as they took out the aggressor, as well. But it qualifies as racing, as well as anger management, and therefore is a good thing!
