Corey
I noticed a picture of a familiar car in the lastest Grassroots Motorsports magazine, the one with the WRX on the cover. Jan & Jody got mention in the article on the SnoDrift rally and a nice picture of the car in action.

jody-z
This event took place on April 19-20th and I'm finally posting some pictures and video's from it.Lolo Pass, Idaho (on the way to the event):Service:We won our class and finished 3rd among all 2wd cars, and 25th overall (all classes combined). We wanted a top 20 overall, but, there was no chance in hell with the altitude and long straightaways. Heck there were sections where Jan didn't lift-off the throttle for 3 miles (4.8km)!!! The only time he lifted was to shift, and we still only hit 108mph (173 kph) Colin McRae's old co-driver, former WRC champion Derek Ringer stated “I’ve never been in anything this fast in all my life” (he was co-driving for Travis). They reached 137mph (219 kph)...and the entire event was on gravel...no tarmac to speak of This coming from a man that has run the Safari Rally in the open plains of Africa...Onboard video of Ken Block & Alex Gelsomino:http://formulaphoto.typepad.com/flatovercrest/2008/05/onboard-with-ke.htmlAnd, they almost crashed earlier in the day: Tired of the default windows field background?
