NOV 25, 2021 - WSCC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCE INSTRUCTIONS

Well, the first snow has fallen and they're playing Christmas carols in the stores, so that can only mean one thing... it's time for the WSCC Annual General Meeting!!

As you know, we hold elections to fill vacancies on our Board of Directors and Executive Committee, and deal with other important business that can only be conducted once a year at our end of season AGM, such as some housekeeping amendments to our Club Constitution. 

That means we need to meet quorum to be able to conduct this important Club business, so we hope to see as many of you at the AGM as possible!!

 

As indicated in the COVID-19 Announcement that was posted to the forums in early 2020, all WSCC Executive, Board and Club meetings are being held exclusively by video and teleconference until further notice.

Members can attend this month's Regular Club Meeting by logging in on the ZOOM Meeting application from their computer, tablet or smart phone, or by calling in to the meeting on their telephone.

There is no charge for members downloading and using the application to attend the meeting. Instructions on downloading the application can be found here: https://zoom.us/

An email invitation will be sent out to all active Club members, but I have also provided the meeting information below, including the meeting ID and Password (in bold) as well as the link to access the meeting if you're using ZOOM.

If you're going to call in on your phone, please note that long distance charges may apply (unless you have a long distance plan). If you have a smart phone, I strongly recommend that you download and use the ZOOM app, as there are no long distances charges whatsoever (though data charges may apply depending on your cellular plan).

Please also note that ZOOM provides a link below to "find your local number", including the Manitoba dial-in number identified below.

NOTE: You do NOT need to have a webcam to attend the meeting using ZOOM, but you DO have to have a microphone and speakers enabled.
