As well, just to get everyone a bit excited....here is the track we laid out on the ice today:

As usual the entrance is through the Marina onto the winter road out onto the Lake.

That's an awesome job you guys did with the track layout! Did you let @TI-GOR drive the grader this year?  The fact that you laid out the track over open water is a bit disconcerting but I'm sure it will be fine by the weekend.

Hoping to see a good turnout and a continued battle in Street Safe and Studded Classes. And a big thank-you to the Drift group for keeping me entertained and warm having to wave all those flags, ha-ha!

Big shout out to all our incredible volunteers who braved the cold this weekend!  The wind was down on Saturday and the sun shining so we were hoping for the best. Unfortunately the -32c in the morning felt pretty cold but when the wind picked up in the afternoon safe to say it did not feel like it warmed up!

Special recognition to Llew, Ron, Brian & Judy and Chris who stood out in the cold throughout all the track action. Ice Volunteers Rock!

Congrats as well to Soren Vincent our newest Street Safe Racer who ran his first great day of racing with the group.
