The weather forecast is much better for this upcoming weekend and possibly we might even see a single digit temp on Sunday (fingers crossed - no promises however as we found out at Lake Shirley the weather sometimes changes drastically in a couple days).

The schedules for the event are attached. We will run the same format as we did at our first event in Lake Shirley however we fully expect to run both days. We also anticipate the Saturday morning school component will likely be less so we will hopefully be able to hold the Drivers meeting on time at 12 noon and the first group of drifters can hit the ice by 12:30.

On Saturday -

• Ice School from 10am to Noon ($45) - required for all newcomers
• Ice Drifting from Noon to 4:30pm ($60)
• Ice Race Practice from Noon to 4:30pm (free for racers registered to race on Sunday)
• Run groups will be determined at the 12noon drivers meeting and alternate throughout the afternoon.

On Sunday - 

• Ice Drifting from 10am to 4:30pm ($75) - 2 groups alternating between the 2 race classes
• Ice Racing (Street Safe class & Studded Class $125) - practice session at 10am and racing starts at noon
• Drivers meeting at 9:30am - track goes hot at 10am!

On Sunday we will have the Blue Haze BBQ food truck on site in the spectator parking area (short walk from the pits area)

As well, on Sunday the spectator entry fees at CPTC is $10 per person and the gate will be managed by the CPTC volunteer staff.
