Jan 6th Schedule at Water Ski Park: Test and Tune/Practice/Qualifying:

Some changes from last year so please read: 

** No lunch break today so bring a sandwich or eat before you come out
*** All WSCC members on the track and $60 TNT fee paid to registration via cash with paperwork or prepay with MotorSportsReg, Bring your print out.

10:30am workers meeting

10:45am driver's meeting

- Driver’s will need to know where to stage
- Track Direction
- Track Exit
- Hot pit if it exists
- Reminder track is hot at 11am for Practice then 2pm for Qual
- No 2
nd drivers meeting for Qualifying. Just get in line and get ready with alternate Stud/Rubber for 2pm

11am to 2pm  Be ready as the action starts sharp at 11am - Hot Track for Practice and Test n Tune. Make sure you are in your cars and ready to go for 11am. School starts at 11:20am ran by Al Marcoux

Practice schedule: 

11:00am

15 mins            Studded
15 mins            Rally 1 (veterans, others are in race school)
15 mins            RTI
Repeat

12:30pm (should have Ice Race School completed by now)

15 mins            Studded
15 mins            Rally 1 (groups of 5 to 6)
15 mins            RTI
15 mins            Rally 2

If there are no studded cars running then the organizers can fill in the open times appropriately with RTI and Rally .

Sessions go until 2pm

2pm is Qualifying Studded and RTI  (no pre-driver's meeting, simply get in your car and get to the grid and be ready)

- Line up at Staging/Grid
- Studded car then Rubber car then Studded then Rubber
- Each car gets two runs, if you stuff it in your first run then you’re out of the qualifying session
- If there isn't a studded then Rubber, rubber, rubber
- 3 laps total (one warm up, one hot lap, one cool down)

3pm (or sooner if Qual is done) – back to practice laps

15 mins            Studded (I doubt there is studded left, continue with others)
15 mins            Rally 1
15 mins            RTI
15 mins            Rally 2
Repeat until 4:30pm

4:30pm - track is shut down for the day and we thank the Volunteers for their hard work
