chkdsk Posted January 1, 2017 Share Posted January 1, 2017 Jan 7th Schedule at Mazenod: Test and Tune/Practice: ** No lunch break today so bring a sandwich or eat before you come out*** All WSCC members on the track and $60 TNT fee paid to registration via cash with paperwork or prepay with MotorSportsReg on other thread 10:30am workers meeting - (check with Bryce or Cara) 10:45am driver's meeting in Jordan’s Trailer, ran by Bryce or Shane - Driver’s will need to know where to stage - Track Direction - Track Exit - Hot pit if it exists - Reminder track is hot at 11am for Practice then 2pm for Qual - No 2nd drivers meeting for Qualifying. Just get in line and get ready with alternate Stud/Rubber for 2pm 11am to 2pm Be ready as the action starts sharp at 11am - Hot Track for Practice and Test n Tune. Make sure you are in your cars and ready to go for 11am. School starts at 11:20am in Jordan’s Trailer ran by Al Marcoux Testing schedule: 15 mins Studded 15 mins rubber 15 mins studded 15 mins rubber If there are no studded cars running then the organizers can fill in the open times appropriately with RTI. Sessions go until 2pm 2pm is Qualifying (no pre-driver's meeting, simply get in your car and get to the grid and be ready) - Line up at Staging/Grid - Studded car then Rubber car then studded then rubber - If there isn't a studded then Rubber, rubber, rubber - 3 laps total (one warm up, one hot lap, one cool down) - Keep going until 4pm then track is shut down for the day 4pm - track is shut down for the day and we thank the Volunteers for their hard work Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
