Corey
Track Jax: Not in production yet, predicted to be ~$1000. Cool!
RX8Soldier
Very nice! And the demo is an rx8, so I know it will work with my car! I'll be watching this... Thanks!
Brian_Earl_Spilner
Looks like it may need some left/right stabilizer wings at the bottom of each... looks like it can tip over pretty easily as is. But otherwise, looks pretty slick.
TRDTurko
Dang! so perfect for my shop! I bet my welding partner can beef it up to be more stable. when are they predicted to be on sale?
TRDTurko
this one is cool too, goes up 26 inches and you can enter from the side as well. but about twice the price. how high does the track jax go? looks a bit lower than the EZcarlift
Corey
That one is interesting too! Of course, a proper 2-post lift is around $3k. That EZ lift is quickly approaching that price. That's assuming you have the space and proper concrete floor to properly install a 2-post lift.
justkickin
The EZ Lift would need to be assembled and disassembled under a car unless you have a double wide space to get it under or away from a car. The cross members on the EZ lift could also get in the way of exhaust or driveline work. The Tack Jax just needs a single stall because there are no cross members.Interesting concept either way. It usually takes me as long to get the car up and down on jacks as some of the work I do on it (e.g., fluid changes).

Corey
Update on the original lift, posted in the thread linked above:http://youtu.be/5HcrOEhzt5IWell, the name has undergo change again. It will now be called QuickJack. Someone else apparently own the name TrackJack. I have the prototype. The production one will have 2 locking position. Currently only at max height. There will be no group buy. Instead, everyone wins, and it will be priced just under $1K. Originally planned to be around $1,200. They are shooting at end of October availability. For those interested I can provide free shipping
