EMERGENCY CLUB MEETING - TRACK IMPROVEMENTS - AUG 19th at 7:00 PM

Please note that an emergency general meeting  is being called to discuss track improvements and secure approval from the membership to proceed with limited track repairs this fall. We need approval of this expenditure now in order to coordinate the work with our preferred vendor. We will present the membership with a number of options and discuss how best to proceed. Your attendance is critical to ensure we have quorum for this extremely important meeting.

 

As indicated in the COVID-19 Announcement that was posted to the forums, all WSCC Executive, Board and Club meetings are being held entirely by video and teleconference - until further notice.

Members can attend this week's meeting by logging in on the ZOOM Meeting application from their computer, tablet or smart phone, or by calling in to the meeting on their telephone.

There is no charge for members downloading and using the application to attend the meeting. Instructions on downloading the application can be found here: https://zoom.us/

An email invitation will be sent out to all active Club members, but I have also provided the meeting information below, including the meeting ID and Password (in bold) and the link to access the meeting if you're using ZOOM.

If you're going to call in on your phone, please note that long distance charges may apply (unless you have a long distance plan). If you have a smart phone, I strongly recommend that you download and use the ZOOM app, as there are no charges whatsoever.

Please also note that although ZOOM provides a link below to "find your local number" there are no Manitoba dial-in numbers currently available.

 

NOTE: You do NOT need to have a webcam to attend the meeting using ZOOM, but you DO have to have a microphone and speakers enabled.
