Schedule for Portage Weekend - Feb 17th and Feb 18th

Posting two different Schedules One is normal and second is tentative depending on entrants. Same start times, same driver's meeting times, same lunch times. 

Portage Race Weekend Schedule Feb 17th and 18th  (Saturday and Sunday)

This is a double header and each day is a completely different race day: This is race #4 and race #5. Notice to Timing and Scoring; make sure that Sunday starting grid is based on normal race day grid and not a reverse from day before.

Schedule option #1: No Ice Lappers and racing only:

Saturday - Race Day #4 and Sunday Race Day #5 (same schedule)  

9:30 - worker meeting
9:45 - driver meeting (make sure you are here)

10:00 Practice 
Studded practice 15 mins
Rubber practice 15 mins
Studded practice 15 mins
Rubber practice 15 mins

11:00 LUNCH 

12:00pm NOON (12 mins Rubber, 8 to 10 mins Studded) 
S race 1
R race 1
S race 2
R race 2
Special Feature: Ballet of the Plow (15 mins) 
S race 3
R race 3
S race 4
R race 4
Special Feature: Ballet of the Plow (15 mins)

Mandatory: All cars do 1 Parade Lap with driver's door facing towards the crowd. Studded guys get in line just before RTI race 6 is done and Rubber guys will pull off track and circle in behind Studded crew to go back down for parade lap. Any Black Flag chats or Pee-Box chats will happen after parade lap. Wave to the crowd as you drive by. 

4:00 finish around here although not necessarily

Saturday - Race Day #4 and Sunday Race Day #5 (same schedule)

Rubber practice 15 mins

Final Schedule for Saturday and Sunday. We are going to run two groups of Racers instead of both at once as we have a few more cars. 
We are still going to do the Ice Lappers although only twice during racing day and a 3rd time after racing is done.

What a great weekend. Thanks to the fantastic volunteers, Jordan, all the racers who made it out. Everyone loaded up under their own power and we put on a great show for the spectators. The weather was even bearable, especially Sunday. Fantastic racing, lots of fun.
