I use a modded g27. Ive updated the pedals, am suppling more voltage to the force feedback motors and added cooling to offset the heat from increased voltage. Its good for a gear driven. If i was to upgrade i’d probably skip belt driven and go with direct drive. I wont upgrade until this thing dies which it shows no sign of. Pcars 2 and ACC are my go to. They both work really well with a VR headset. I believe that AC one can work well with VR but needed some fiddling.

Two thoughts; Wouldn’t your muscle memory just learn that 85% down gives you 100% and just leave you with essentially a shorter pedal. Since the pedal itself is less sensitive wouldn't it be harder to “finesse” the pedal and get precisely the amount of throttle you need for a given situation.

Perhaps a worthwhile exercise would be to apply the proposed rules to last year’s events and see exactly how things would have changed. Then you will see if this was an improvement. You may need to make some guesses on car mods but a rough in can help.

I dont want to be a debbie downer here, but will power through anyways, having a solid roll bar near a soft head can lead to serious injuries in even a minor accident. Autocrossers who are not used to wear will want to keep an eye on their tires and brakes and be prepared to rotate them. When I was Time Attacking I could go through both quickly if I was not careful. To keep perspective, I would drive an automatic 4 door focus (front heavy car) and would need to slow down to 80 - 90 for turn 1 from 160 or so.

I did the membership director postition for most of a season and it is not fun. Most volunteers at least get the benefit of being at the track. The old way of the membership director took hours in front of a computer every weekend trying to reconcile the two websites for membership, excel files from special events, and hand written applications (some of which made me wonder how they passed the written portion of the mpi license exam). It needed to change and i appreciate an effort to make the position sustainable. I trust that they took into consideration the people who founded the club, who still take pride in their membership, and who do not have a computer or smart phone. They may not be active but they should not be forsaken. As for walk ups if the prospective member doesnt have a smart phone perhaps the registrar should or a notebook to help facilitate this.

A side door opened and the vet leaned in - he had obviously seen my husband arrive. He looked straight at my husband and in a loud voice said, 'Your wife's pussy doesn't stink any more. We washed and shaved it, and now she smells like a rose! Oh, and, by the way, I think she's pregnant! God only knows who the father is!' Then he closed the door. The silence was deafening.

How big is the wheel one tires are attached to? What was stock size of the wheel? I'm betting the chassis bracing will move you always down.

Oh and only the NA had the 26mm rotors so if yours are from a TT it will be 30mm no matter which caliper material.
