Registration is open on DLB, remember that it is cheaper to register when you're a member. Also, the event is at the pond in St.Boniface, NOT St.Malo like it says on DLB.

Oh yeh, times are different, too. I figured that some of you may not want to be getting up too early on Saturday morning so arrive at 10:00, first run at 11:00. We may be changing the way runs are done, too. How do you guys feel about combining your two best runs for a single time, rally style?

Gah stupid dlb timing out.

However you want to do times is fine with me, hopefully the car will last long enough for that many runs =)

As long as we can get enough numbers into the system to get real times, best two laps works for me. If we have to run duplicate numbers again it'll get too confusing.

So it's not at St. Malo? Good to know, good to know!

Is our membership from last year still good, or now it's 2008 I suppose.

Fear the Bimmer! :)

Done.

Marion has "volunteered" to help with timing/scoring .... it was either that or walking from Regina. ;)

I really really want to go but nobody wants to take/trade my shift at work that day. This blows. :(

BTW, I read the free press article last friday, is there a requirement for tires? I have all seasons on my rear axle.

The article was for the general public. It said 3 classes, studded, rubber-to-ice and autocross. In reality, the wheel to wheel racing is either studded or rubber to ice. The autocross Rally-x can be done in all seasons, snow tires, street studded, or "enhanced" tires like on the Mouthdance. Your choice.

We will have multiple laptops, so we can do 15 different drivers with each. Will we have 30 drivers? 45? 60? The software limitation is not an issue for wheel to wheel ice racing, most years. Having an extra set of hands will be nice.
thanks, Marion.

Numbers on cars would be nice too!

I'll probably be there but won't know for sure until Friday night. I'll be in my WRX again.

There were a bunch of cars last time that had not registered on DLB.

If the mouthdance breaks down I'll be running my civic again.
