Ice Race School?

Can anyone provide more information about the Ice Race School? What topics are covered, and what costs are involved, etc.?

The Ice racing school is this Thursday (January 5, 2006) at the Manitoba Safety Council building which is located at Unit 3-1680 Notre Dame. The classroom session starts at 7:00PM

Topics covered :
rules of the track / racing etiquette
flags - what they mean and when they are used
cornering and braking techniques
race day schedule
race starts / gridding
track safety / emergency procedures

There is a test at the end of the classroom session.

The classroom session usually lasts 2 hours or so and is free for all. The information learned within the school session is valuable for any winter / summer or future racer.
